There are a number of reasons you might want to enable developer mode in Android. The most common to enable “USB Debugging” and establish communications between your PC and Android. But enabling Developer Option has many other advantages like accessing logs, list running services, and mock location among others. First, open Settings app
Second, scroll down and open “About Device”
Third, scroll to “Build Number” and tap it 7 times. It will let you know you’re in “Developer Mode”
Fourth, go back to the previous screen. And you’ll see Developer Option on top of “About Device”
Fifth, tap on it and turn on “Developer Option” if it is not turn on.
