If you need to host a second website to your godaddy.com account, and you don’t want to create subdomains or create alias, you can host your website by adding a second domain to your hosting account. However, you account should support hosting of multiple domain names. So assuming you already registered your domain name, login into your godaddy.com account, and follow these steps.
1-register a new domain
2-create a folder in your hosting direcotry and upload your website files
To Add Domains in godaddy—
1-Log in to your Account Manager.
2-Click Web Hosting
go to your HOSING CONTROL PANEL
1- Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Manage.
2- From the More menu, select Hosted Domains.
3- Click Add Domain.
4- Enter the domain name in the Domain field and the folder where your files reside
