August 8, 2015
Lately, I’ve been kind of short on time, so I had to find a way to make my tutorials faster. And video tutorial seem to be a great substitution for written tutorials which require more time. However, that’s not to say that video tutorial are not as informative as written tutorials. Different people preffere different approach when it comes to learn something. Some prefere videos and other preffer articles. I find that they’re both have different purpose. Anyway, this tutorial is about the basics of managing users in a Linux environment. Here I cover: how to add/delete users in a linux system. Also, how to understand and interpret /etc/passwd file, and /etc/shadow file. Hope you find the video interesting, and informative.
